Somehow, I’m getting a bunch of commissions for stamps and stamping/craft events. I’m scared I won’t be able to pull through.
When I cut, I have to be in a cave like space. I like having one small light source that is more yellow than white. I have to be in this sort of robotic/I don’t want to talk to anyone/leave me alone sort of mode. I wake up and all these shavings of paper and rubber are all over the place in piles and heaps. I like that mode. It hard to be in that mode because it usually comes to me when I wake up early and its dark outside. Sometimes I can pretend its morning if I close the windows.
This is probably why I was so all over the place at PMX. I had promised commissions… but truthfully couldn’t do them in that location we were in. THAT LIGHT IN THERE…. I was going cross-eyed. Lol. Also, I like interacting with people… I get so damn hyper and then I forget what I was doing.
I’ll be preparing for an event in San Jose in April! It’s a craft show, so I won’t be putting too many anime genre items in. I’ll throw Treasure Town in there, with maybe some Totoro. But I have to start completely from scratch…. And I am sort of worried about it.
I have also been commissioned for a CD cover and insert for a band in Monterey. I’m really excited for that as well… His work is sort of mellow, cheeky, and ridiculous. Its nice to listen to. :) And alongside with this, is another sort of piece of work for a recital my friend is going to play. I’m excited for it….
Lastly, it seems like I’ll be tabling at AM2 with my friend Jessica sometime in June. I’m really excited for another con event. :3 I’m not familiar with this con… but I just love con goers. They are all so excited. :)

waaa, I wish you the best of luck on your commissions! Your stamps are always so lovely. And a;skjfa;wkaj you’ll be in the San Jose craft show? I’m going as an attendee! Maybe we’ll see each other there! <3
