And yet Jesus loved the Samaritan; People looked down upon during his time. He loved them unconditionally, without needing them to change. Though we have differing opinons on what the core of the scripture is, I can at least say that I’m glad you teach against bullying. The passage about how homosexuality is an “abomination” has triggered a lot of crime… and that is what I am so angry about it. Even if one interprets the bible to disapprove gays, I think it its more important to teach love rather than close our doors or try to change them.
